1. Course Cancellation by GIADA: In the rare event that GIADA needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future course.

2. Participant Cancellation: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify GIADA in writing via email to giadacourses@gmail.com. The following refund policy will apply: - Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the course start date: 100% refund. - Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the course start date: No refund.

3. Course Rescheduling by Participant: Participants may request to reschedule their registration for a different course date, subject to availability and approval by GIADA. Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing via email to giadacourses@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled course date.

4. Non-Attendance: If a registered participant fails to attend the course without prior notice, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation request approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original registration.
